Karen’s here, and she made fresh Carrot Ginger Soup today.  Fresh organic carrots and real ginger…I can’t wait! And we have a variety of summer salads as well, so come in for lunch and check it out!

Jen made a fresh Vegetarian Chili today – just the thing for this rainy, dark weather… And we also have fresh Italian Pasta Salad and fresh Potato Salad, so we can at least pretend it’s summer!

Chicken White Bean Curry today.  Delicious! And we still have the cold Buttermilk Cucumber Soup, although I may finish that off personally, so get here quick!
